Stephan I. Robinson

Stephan brings to Ardent Realty Group a broad spectrum of life experience and training. Prior to founding Ardent Realty Group in 2008, Stephan was responsible for syndicating and brokering several commercial land ventures for Alliance Commercial Investments. Stephan has also been very active in extensive client representation on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial land and improved property. Much of his commercial brokerage experience was earned as an agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial where he obtained special training and designation as an Industrial Property Specialist.

For the 13 years prior to joining CBC in 2000, Stephan owned and operated two successful wholesale/retail bakery operations. During this time he was very hands on in every aspect of the business from production to customer relations and finances. The experience he earned while operating the bakery businesses has been very helpful to him in understanding the needs of his real estate clients.

Stephan and his wife Frieda have been married since 1973 and have two children, Bryce and
Whitney, both children are currently attending colleges.
