Traci specializes in investment acquisitions and dispositions of commercial / multi-family investment properties.
Traci has been a real estate professional for over 25 years and has extensive experience in multiple aspects of real estate including residential, commercial, property management, REO’s and foreclosures. Through this experience she has established long-standing relationships with countless national and local owners, tenants, and real estate professionals in correlation with successfully completing a wide variety of real estate transactions. She developed a strong background in business from her previous experience as a business owner and sales representative which helped her to identify requirements of company’s needing commercial real estate.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pa. Traci began her real estate career in Florida and later settled in Houston. This allows for her broad market knowledge throughout metropolitan Houston. Her experience has allowed her to gain a niche in the valuation of income properties. She is also well versed in tenant representation, building representation, and investment buyer representation.
