Deedee is a Commercial Sales Associate at Ardent Hardcastle. She specializes in Land, Retail and Multi-Family.

She was born and raised in Texas but lived in Kiel, Germany for thirteen years, where she was the owner of a successful Mexican food restaurant. She speaks fluent Spanish, German and English and is also very proficient in the American, Hispanic and German cultures. Her entrepreneurial spirit is what motivates her to think strategically and to problem solve in challenging situations. This, in addition to her exceptional negotiating skills, attention to detail and positive personality are among the attributes that she brings to the table when working with clients.

Before joining Ardent Hardcastle, she focused on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties which is where
she gained most of her real estate experience. Deedee has held steadfast in her commitment to deliver a high level of personalized service to each owner and property. She surrounds herself with talented, highly capable, and experienced people who uphold her tradition of service, earning the trust and respect of investors, tenants and residents.

Deedee holds an active Texas Real Estate license and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso.
