Michael Gage

Michael Gage specializes in commercial sales, retail and office leasing, land acquisitions and development.

Michael is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Michael also played high school and collegiate baseball which he believes instilled in him the self discipline and strong work ethic which he incorporates into his real estate career.

Prior to joining Ardent Hardcastle, Michael worked for the family business, Shear Pleasure Hair Salon and Day Spa in Friendswood, TX, one of Houston’s premier salons, where he helped manage, market the business and handle the bookkeeping.

Michael resides in Friendswood TX., where he was born and raised. He is currently a Young Life leader in the Bay Area and is involved at Clear Creek Community Church. He is also an avid deer hunter and enjoys the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and his chocolate lab, Copen.
